Internationalization - a strategy for the future
Since its foundation, "Dimitrie Cantemir" Christian University has prioritized internationalization in its academic, professional and cultural partnerships. Thus, the most recent events and partnerships initiated by the "Dimitrie Cantemir" Christian University in Bucharest confirm the objective of providing students and teachers with a global perspective.

On 18-22 March 2024, the course "Politics and Culture in Pre- and Post-World War II Europe", organized by the Christian University "Dimitrie Cantemir" Bucharest, in partnership with Arizona State University, USA, took place. The course was taught by Professors Ileana Orlich and Matthew Slaboch and provided the participating students with a unique perspective on a key historical period with major consequences for current social, political and economic events at international level. The direct interaction of the students with professors from the American higher education system also facilitated the students' honing of their communication and argumentation skills by debating significant academic topics in English.

On April 11, 2024, "Dimitrie Cantemir" Christian University, in partnership with SILC Business School, Shanghai University, organized a debate on the importance and benefits of Tai Chi practices in business, practices that UCDC students wanted to deepen. The debate was chaired by Prof. Robert Chenj (SILC Business School), and our students appreciated the opportunity to discover new perspectives on how to manage potentially conflictual situations, as well as how to increase their chances of competitive results and achieve academic and professional success.

On April 23, 2024, at the "Dimitrie Cantemir" Christian University of Bucharest, a new Romanian-Finnish Forum took place, with the extraordinary participation of Her Excellency Mrs. Elisa Alho-Kullström, Vice Ambassador of Romania and Mr. Laurențiu Dumitrescu, Marketing and Sales Director of Peikko's representative office in Romania. The event aimed to disseminate international business best practices and successful professional experiences, while providing participants with the context for new academic and professional collaborations. The students and graduates, as well as the academics present, appreciated the opportunity to better understand the challenges and successes of a multicultural business environment.

On May 10, 2024, Dimitrie Cantemir Christian University Bucharest hosted a
delegation of students from San Diego State University (SDSU). Marcelle Marmolejos, Shirin Baharlou and Trinity Smith, SDSU master's students, visited the Bucharest campus of Dimitrie Cantemir Christian University, as well as the Nordic Elite School, having the opportunity to discover the academic,
international and cultural activities of the two institutions. For the professors and students of our university, this visit was an opportunity to learn more about the U.S. higher education system, the opportunities it offers to international students, and the academic and professional challenges faced by students and master's students at San Diego State University.

Currently, "Dimitrie Cantemir" Christian University of Bucharest, in partnership with Jagannath International Management School, New Delhi, India (JIMS), is developing an online MBA program, dedicated to professionals in management positions, from various fields and specializations. The main objective of this program is to develop the academic and professional skills and competencies of future graduates in an increasingly competitive international business environment.
