The Faculty of Educational Sciences within „Dimitrie Cantemir” Christian University is pleased to promote an exceptional international teaching practice opportunity organized in partnership with Hollihaka School, Finland. Through this program, selected students will have the opportunity to complete a three-week teaching practice placement in one of the world’s most appreciated educational systems, gaining direct insight into the principles of Finnish pedagogy, the use of artificial intelligence in education, and innovative approaches to teaching and learning.
Beyond the mobility itself, this experience represents an important step toward participation in the Nordic School initiative developed at „Dimitrie Cantemir” Christian University. The students selected for the Finnish placement will become part of a community of future educators interested in the Nordic model of education and will be introduced to the activities and values promoted within the Nordic School, an academic framework dedicated to the study and dissemination of Scandinavian educational practices.
By participating in this program, students will not only benefit from valuable international teaching experience, but will also strengthen their intercultural competencies, build professional networks, and prepare themselves for future careers inspired by the principles of high-quality, student-centered education characteristic of the Nordic countries.
This initiative reflects the commitment of „Dimitrie Cantemir” Christian University to internationalization and educational excellence, offering future teachers the opportunity to learn from one of the most innovative educational systems in the world and to bring these valuable experiences into the Romanian educational context through the activities of the Nordic School.
